For over two years, I worked with the team at Beryl Cycles to develop a range of innovative, urban-focused lighting solutions. This included an update to the iconic Laserlight, prominently featured on pavements around London. Our goal was to create deceptively simple products that responded intuitively to users' actions and needs, such as a rear light that reacts to braking using an accelerometer, informing other road users. As-well as a versatile dual-use pixel light, designed to seamlessly switch between front and rear use, pulsing at a specific frequency to ensure you would never go unnoticed on the road or path. These products have become best sellers and receive prestigious awards, including the IF procut Innovation Awards in 2018 and 2019.
